TRADE ADMINISTRATOR - CAMPERDOWN

We are currently seeking an experienced & motivated sales administrator with 1+ years’ experience in a similar role. A positive, can-do attitude is a must with a professional yet cheerful and polite demeanour. If you’re an all-round admin genius who is capable of juggling a variety of tasks, interested in interior furnishings and have a great eye for detail, this role with our trade team in Camperdown is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

· Confident & quick to act/react as first point of contact with stakeholders, retail partners & logistics across Australia/NZ

· Organising all sales and invoicing

· SAP/Excel/Online ordering system knowledge extremely advantageous

· General office administration

· Daily tasks to manage, as well as juggle additional ad-hoc tasks simultaneously across all departments

· Build and maintain customer relationships

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRADE MANAGER - SYDNEY

You will be responsible for the expansion of sales and services to the design and trade sector in Sydney and will work closely with the marketing and design teams.

You will be entrepreneurial with demonstrated sales experience and success in securing new business within the design industry. You will be a self-starter with a sales focus, able to access new markets segments and build relationships. You will be comfortable working on your own as well as cohesively within a team. You will have a passion for design and a high standard of excellence in all that you do.

Business Development & Responsibilities

· Analyse market segments and existing customer base & identify opportunities;
· Prepare a sales strategy and plan for each market segment;
· Create sales leads by cold calling;
· Meet quarterly sales targets;
· Secure, coordinate and manage large scale projects;
· Submit activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses;
· Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques;

E-COMMERCE MANAGER - FULL TIME SYDNEY

Papaya is a leading, premium furniture and homewares brand whose name is synonymous with style and sophistication. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified and experienced eCommerce Manager who is just as passionate about homewares and furniture as we are, to join our team. 

You will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our B2C & 2 x B2B websites and for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. 

Your duties will also include responsibility for the site's technical functionality, creating and sharing content to raise brand awareness, and monitoring web traffic, analytics and metrics to identify best practices. You will also oversee customer service and co-ordinate digital marketing projects.

As an eCommerce manager, you should perform well under deadline pressure and be detail-oriented. You will be engaged in all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience resulting in an increase in revenue.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the website’s overall functionality, merchandising, optimisation, conversion and continually working to improve these aspects, keeping the site up to date and ultimately drive sales

·  Create landing pages and upload new products and marketing collateral to the site

·  Manage promotions and sales

·  Work with external developers to develop, update and test site, and update plugins

·  Analysing website usage statistics, metrics and analytics

·  Working with our SEO agency to optimize content for SEO and analytics

·  Working with our digital marketing advertising on all digital marketing channels, including Google and Meta advertising

·   Working with the Marketing Manager to develop content strategy aligned with short-term promotions and long-term marketing targets

·   Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

·   Create and publish engaging content in articles, images, product descriptions and videos

·   Edit, proofread and create website articles

·   Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention and maximise revenue

·   Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)

Requirements:
· 
3+ years eCommerce experience 

·  Bachelor degree in business/commerce advantageous

·  Experience with Magento 2 a strong recommendation

·  Experience with management of paid Google and Meta ads advantageous

·  Facebook ads knowledge advantageous

·  Basic technical knowledge of HTML and CSS

·  SAP, Klaviyo and Yotpo experience advantageous

·  Negotiating skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners

·  Creative skills to find engaging ways to present information and to generate new ideas

·  Attention to detail, good organizational and time-management skills and outcome driven

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - PART TIME/FULL TIME SYDNEY

Responsibilities:

Accounts payable
·  Capture suppliers' invoices and payments

·  Reconcile suppliers' accounts

·  Suppliers payments and responding to supplier enquiries

·  Monthly agents' commission reports and invoices

Accounts receivable

· Daily customers’ payment allocations into SAP

· Liaise with wholesale department to co-ordinate pro-forma payments

· Credit control

· Prepare and distribute monthly debtor statements and follow up overdue accounts

· Process interstate credit account applications (reference checks and system updates)

Bank account and credit card reconciliations

· Monthly reconciliation in SAP of company bank accounts and credit cards

· Enter E-store returns, reconcile PayPal, Braintree and Afterpay accounts monthly

· Store orders maintenance in SAP

· Store petty cash reconciliations

·  Generate daily sales report with budget monthly for stores and weekly order reports for stores

·  General ledger and fixed asset register maintenance

·  Month end processing

·  Assistance with inventory management and finance reporting

·  Ad hoc tasks as required

Skills and Experience Required:

· Prior working experience processing AP / AR /Bank Reconciliations

· SAP experience preferred

· Tertiary accounting qualifications and a desire to complete CA/CPA would be highly regarded

· Excel skill (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)

· A strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong communications skill

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
